These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and the online courses offered by Enjoy Creator Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, buying a course or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for all activity on your account.
  • Each account is for one person only. Sharing your login with others is not allowed.

3. Courses and access

  • After successful payment you get access to the course you bought through your student dashboard.
  • “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the course is offered on this website, including future updates we add to it.
  • Lessons marked “Upcoming” will be added later; dates are estimates and may change.
  • We may update, reorder or improve course content at any time to keep it useful and current.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using cards, UPI, net banking, wallets or other methods it supports. We do not store your payment details.
  • We may change course prices at any time. A price change does not affect courses you have already bought.
  • Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully received.

5. Refunds and cancellation

All course purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the cases listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All course videos, text, images, templates, downloads, logos and other content on this website belong to Enjoy Creator Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch it for your own learning.

7. What you must not do

  • Download, record, copy, share, sell or publish course content, in full or in part.
  • Share your account or let others watch courses using your login.
  • Use the website for anything illegal, harmful or abusive, or try to break its security.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account without a refund and take legal action where needed.

8. Certificates

A course certificate is issued after you complete all required lessons. It shows that you completed our course; it is not a government or university qualification.

9. Third-party tools

Our courses teach the use of third-party AI tools and apps. These tools are owned by other companies, may have their own terms, free limits or paid plans, and may change or stop working at any time. We are not responsible for them, and any cost of using them is yours.

10. No guarantee of results

We teach skills to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee any particular result, job, income, followers or earnings from using what you learn. Your results depend on your own effort and other factors.

11. Limitation of liability

The website and courses are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or courses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place where Enjoy Creator Academy is registered.
