Digital delivery only
Enjoy Creator Academy sells online video courses. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
How you receive your course
- After your payment is successful, the course is added to your account immediately.
- Log in and open your student dashboard to start learning.
- You will also receive a confirmation on your registered email address.
- Course certificates are issued digitally in your dashboard once you complete the course.
Where we deliver
The courses can be accessed online from anywhere, on mobile, tablet or computer, with an internet connection.
Delays
In rare cases, a bank or payment delay may hold up access. If you do not see the course in your dashboard within 2 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we will give access within 24 hours, or refund you as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
